If you are a shipper, loader, carrier, or receiver of potatoes, or even a grower moving potatoes from your farm to a fresh packing shed, and have failed to comply with the recently issued Sanitary Transportation Rule of the Food Safety Modernization Act or failed to keep records of your compliance, "your potatoes are presumed [by the FDA] to be contaminated or adulterated."
