A state appeals court has, once again, ruled against an eastern North Carolina county in favor of a solar developer.
With a court ruling published Tuesday, John Morrison, chief operating officer of San Francisco-based solar developer Ecoplexus, says his firm will now “take whatever steps are necessary" to resume its plans for a 20-megawatt solar farm in Currituck County.
