Syngenta AG announced that SIX Exchange Regulation has definitely approved the delisting of the registered shares of Syngenta AG from SIX Swiss Exchange effective Jan. 8. The result is that the last day of trading for the registered shares of Syngenta will be Jan. 5.  The termination dates follow the announcement earlier this week that a Swiss court had ruled to cancel all publicly-held registered shares of Syngenta AG (NYSE: SYT), the pesticides and seeds company.
