A federal judge in New Mexico has approved dismissing at least 26 complaints against a Reynolds American Inc. subsidiary related to how its Natural American Spirit super-premium cigarette brand has been marketed to consumers. However, Judge James Bowman allowed some complaints to remain alive in his Dec. 21 ruling. He also approved transferring some complaints from New Mexico to the Middle District of North Carolina.
