Syngenta AG announced Thursday that it will voluntarily delist its registered shares from the New York Stock Exchange and terminate public reporting obligations under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. The agricultural company (NYSE: SYT) previously announced that SIX Exchange Regulation had approved the delisting of the registered shares of Syngenta AG from SIX Swiss Exchange, effective Jan. 8.
