Reynolds must pay Florida $30 million annually, court ruling confirms

The state of Florida will continue to receive about $30 million a year from Winston-Salem-based Reynolds American's R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., a subsidiary of British American Tobacco (NYSE: BTI), to cover past and future health care expenses resulting from consumer use of tobacco products.
