An 80-acre farm in Cary that was once home to a corn maze and pumpkin patch has sold for $20 million.
Ashton Woods Homes bought the Ferrell Farm property, also known as Green Acres, and is in the midst of moving a development plan through the town of Cary’s planning process. Arroyo Capital of California is financing the project, according to a company representative, and is listed as the owner of the property in the county deed records.
