Future of Turkish textile startup unclear after it declines incentives

HPFabrics, the Turkish textile startup that began operations in July at the former Microfibres facilities, has turned down $250,000 in local incentives and an equal match from the state. Winston-Salem Assistant City Manager Derwick Page told the Winston-Salem Journal on Friday that the company, a subsidiary of Tukek Holding Inc., "has chosen not to execute the (incentive) agreement.”
