The state Department of Environmental Quality says the company proposing to build a natural gas pipeline needs a more detailed permit to build a contractor’s yard in Cumberland County. The department also has asked Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC to provide more information about several other permits and disapproved of an erosion and sediment control plan for the northern part of the pipeline, according to a statement released by the department Wednesday.
