The American-style global fusion restaurant has a farm-to-table menu.

• Tell us about your place: Milton Pilson opened 195, an American-style global fusion restaurant, in 2000. It is next to the other family business, Nature’s Own Natural Foods Market, which has been in operation for more than 30 years. An adjoining interior doorway connects the two, so customers can move easily from one business to the other. Anna Pilson, whose parents started the businesses, is the restaurant’s manager.
