Once considered legal tender that 17th century colonists could use to pay taxes, industrial hemp is making a comeback. In Southern Pines, the Hemp Farmacy recently began offering a variety of cannabinol (CBD) infused products and nutritional supplements. “I feel the time is now for a hemp revolution,” said Dr. James Taylor, a board-certified anesthesiologist and president of Integrated Pain Solutions.
