10:30 am         Worker Protection Standard Compliance Presented by Anna Genasci, AgSafe

January marks the implementation of the revised Worker Protection Standards (WPS). This session will breakdown WPS requirements to help navigate WPS compliance in 2018 and beyond. 1 hour of CE approved (Pesticide License Categories: D,N, X); 1 hour Certified Crop Advisor-CEU (Professional Development)

12:30 pm         Managing Auxin Drift with BMPs Presented by Dr. Alan York, NCSU

Spray drift of Auxin herbicides away from the target is an important and costly problem facing both commercial and private applicators. This session focuses mainly on conditions that cause drift and best management practices to reduce the potential of drift. 1 hour of CE approved (Pesticide License Categories: N,O,D,X ) & Meets mandatory annual stewardship training for use of Auxin herbicides in Xtend and Enlist cropping systems; 1 hour Certified Crop Advisor-CEU (Crop Management)

1:45 pm           Pesticides Applicators & Bees: Living in Harmony  Presented by Stephanie Regagnon, Fieldwatch

Join Fieldwatch  to learn about easy-to-use, reliable, accurate and secure on-line mapping tools intended to enhance communications that promote awareness and stewardship activities between producers of specialty crops, beekeepers and pesticide applicators. 1 hour of CE approval pending(Pesticide License Categories: N,O,D,X  ); 1 hour Certified Crop Advisor-CEU (Integrated Pest Management)
