Iowa grain companies have told Sen. Charles Grassley that the Section 199A provisions benefiting cooperatives "would put them out of business if we don't do something" and revise the new tax law.  Grassley, an Iowa Republican, told agricultural reporters Tuesday that he had spoken to House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Kevin Brady, R-Texas, about the potential market problems...
