A community activist who said she's been raised by a family rooted in public service will run as a Democrat for the Buncombe County Board of Commissioners District 3 seat. Taylon Breeden announced her candidacy this week. She is the co-founder of Goat Yoga Asheville and with her husband runs a fainting goat farm in Leicester.
