Sexual Harassment Investigation Checklist - The investigation must be thorough, complete, and fair.
- Take immediate action.
- Talk to the person making the accusation right away.
- Talk to any witnesses.
- Talk to the accused.
- Review any evidence.
Example: Are there text messages that prove the complaint? - Review everything you have learned by talking with everyone
- Make a decision and share your decision with the person who complained, the alleged harasser and any others directly involved.
