On the fourth floor of an upscale Biltmore Village hotel, 30 of the area's top business leaders dined on grouper, strip steak and seared duck to hear from an equestrian mogul about his high-end facility in Polk County. The event, held three years ago at the Grand Bohemian Hotel's Kessler Ballroom, would bring together some of the best-known names in Western North Carolina's business community.
