Tip for Your Operation: Progressive discipline model

This discipline model is designed to be used as a reference when designing your company’s discipline policies and procedures. The left column outlines different examples of behavior and severity levels. The right column provides a continuum of disciplinary actions you may take as the severity of the behavior increases.
