FARM Act introduced to kill farm superfund reporting

A bipartisan group of ten senators have introduced a bill to relieve farmers and ranchers from soon filing unnecessary, low-level continuous air emissions reports under federal Superfund laws. The Fair Agriculture Reporting Method (FARM) Act would clarify that routine emissions from farm animals and their manure are not reportable under CERCLA, the rule that governs the Superfund.
