Q: What is a CSA? I hear people using these initials when talking about fresh produce boxes.
Answer: CSA stands for community supported agriculture. It is a mechanism for people to buy locally grown products and to support small farmers. It is a practice that began out of small farmers’ need to raise capital before the growing season and families desire to eat locally grown produce, meats, eggs...
