• Has adopted the updated Worker Protection Standard (WPS) rule
• Have been conducting inspection to reflect the 2017 changes

• At this time, there will be no rollback to the 1992 WPS rule
• All new rules will be enforced in 2018 on Jan 1 expect for the new training topics
• 2015 WPS States that the new training topics will only be enforced 180 days after their availability is published in the Federal Register
