Off-shore energy is the “next frontier” for Avangrid Renewables (NYSE: AGR), said CEO Laura Beane. Speaking to analysts almost a year after winning initial leasing rights for what could someday be North Carolina’s first offshore wind farm, Beane said the potential is huge. “It represents a really exciting area of incremental growth for our renewables business,” Beane said on a recent earnings call.
