Business Spotlight: Disney inspiration leads to Flow & Grow Hydroponic Garden Center

How did this business get started? In 2007, Pam and Andrew Gillespie started a family garden center that sells hydroponic garden equipment and supplies to local growers. Hydroponic gardening uses an aquatic-based growing environment for plants, with added nutrients, he said. “We first opened for business on Hope Mills Road, and then relocated almost two years later to Cumberland Road, where we previously owned an auto body shop,” Andrew said.
