Former U.S. Rep. Heath Shuler is joining almost 200 other former legislators in a bipartisan coalition to launch a national campaign aimed at making “solutions to dysfunction in Washington” a top campaign issue in 2018. Shuler joined dozens of other former lawmakers in Philadelphia Thursday to kick off “Fix Politics Now,” a national campaign launched by advocacy group Issue One.
