Zack Wallace represents the future of farming. Wallace is bucking a growing trend by taking over his family’s farm. The Mitchell Community College’s agribusiness program is giving him the skills to run the farm with confidence. The majority of U.S. farmers are between the ages of 55 and 64, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
