A group of major national retailers, including Greensboro-based VF Corp., sent a letter to President Donald Trump Monday to express concerns about his plan for broadly applied tariffs on imported goods from China. The Trump Administration has indicated it will consider widespread tariffs on consumer goods, such as electronics, apparel, footwear and home goods because of China's unfair intellectual property and investment practices.
