Farmers from across northeast North Carolina came together on February 21st at Cherry Hill Farms in Camden County. This group gathered to learn about the latest wheat production techniques and on-going research at the Northeast Ag Expo Small Grains Field Day conducted by North Carolina Cooperative Extension.Participants were greeted by Dr. Richard Linton, the Dean of the College of Agriculture and Life Science at NC State; along with Mr. Dan Weathington, Executive Director of the NC Small Grains Growers Association; and Mr. Garry Meiggs, Camden County Commissioner.
