A top agriculture official in the White House, and a North Carolina native, says the Trump administration is seeking the best resolution possible regarding the Renewable Fuel Standard. Ray Starling, Special Assistant to the President for Agriculture, spoke to attendees of the Agri-Pulse Ag and Food Policy Summit in Washington, D.C. The ag sector is at odds with the oil sector regarding RIN prices as part of the RFS.
