North Carolina's farmers are nervous. As an all-out trade war with China looms on the horizon, it's North Carolina's agriculture industry that could bear the brunt. "I think I have described in my statements how the farmers are feeling. The uncertainty is what's driving them nuts," said N.C. Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler at a Thursday press conference.
