The state's high court heard arguments Tuesday in a case that could change the solar power industry in North Carolina, allowing more small groups to do an end-around on regulated electric monopolies.  NC WARN, a climate change group that has fought Duke Energy and other large utilities for years, installed solar panels on the roof of a Greensboro church in 2015 and let the church pay for the system by charging a cut rate for power.
