Immigration arrests draw protestors

People lined Sixth Avenue with signs during rush hour Friday evening to show support for the Latino community after recent immigration arrests in Western North Carolina.More than 50 people attended a “vigil” next to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Hendersonville, at the corner of Sixth Avenue and Justice Street across from Pardee Hospital.
