The North Carolina General Assembly returns to a short session next week. In preparation, the Halifax County Board of Commissioners invited some local legislators to come out to Monday’s meeting. State Rep. Michael H. Wray, D-Gaston, was in attendance. He responded to the N.C. Association of County Commissioners 2018 goals, shared by Tony N. Brown, county manager.
