A coalition of ethanol supporters today (May 30) filed suit challenging EPA RFS waivers.  The Renewable Fuels Association, National Corn Growers Association, American Coalition for Ethanol and National Farmers Union, with support of Farmers Union Enterprises, filed suit in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit to challenge several waivers from the Renewable Fuel Standard that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency granted in secret to profitable refining companies.
