This year the 2018 CPS Research Symposium will present 5 special research sessions which will discuss several important issues and solutions that impact the entire fresh produce chain, including growers, packers and processors. We begin with Bob Whitaker of the Produce Marketing Association, who will kick off the 2018 Symposium and set the stage for what to expect this year by reviewing some of the key outcomes from the 2017 CPS Symposium.
