Quicksand is dangerous. We've all seen the old movies where someone in a swamp sinks out of sight. You wouldn't venture near quicksand if you knew where it was. Good thing there isn't quicksand on U.S. grain farms. But flowing grain is like quicksand. In as little as four seconds an adult can sink knee-deep in the suction of flowing grain.
