Teen smoking rate remains on decline in N.C., U.S; E-cig use stabilizes

Teen smoking continued to decline to historic lows during 2017 in North Carolina and nationally, according to Thursday’s separate releases of the national and state youth tobacco survey. Both surveys found that electronic cigarette and vaporizer use appeared to be stabilizing even as they were the most-used tobacco products for a fourth consecutive year.
