Health authorities have narrowed the source of a salmonella outbreak to a melon facility in Indianapolis. In an update to an advisory issued Friday, the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development on Saturday indicated that pre-cut watermelon, honeydew melon, cantaloupe and fresh-cut fruit medley products from Caito Foods LLC were the likely source of salmonella illnesses for 60 people, including 32 in Michigan.
