Duke Energy certified four properties for its "Site Readiness Program" on Tuesday and two of them are in Guilford County.
In a news release, Duke said its program identifies "high-quality" industrial sites and joins with government officials and economic developers to work out a plan to also add water and sewer lines as well as natural gas to the land.
