After extensive flooding and damage to farmland over the past weeks, the Farm Service Agency is announcing available assistance under the Emergency Conservation Program administered by the Henderson-Polk-Transylvania FSA Office. Assistance is available for those farms that have flood damage that:
•Will be so costly to rehabilitate that federal assistance is or will be needed to return the land to productive agricultural use.
