You are invited to be a part of our “Got To Be NC” exhibit tent at the NC State Fair on October 11-21, 2018. The “Got To Be NC” exhibit tent is located in front of the Scott Building. It highlights products grown and manufactured in NC as well as our marketing services. More than 1,100,000 people attend the fair every year.
Our “Got to Be NC” tent will have a limited amount of booths for companies to show, sample, and sell their products for 5 or 5 ½ days at a time. Only products grown/manufactured in NC may be shown, sampled, and sold in this space.
Exhibitor Information:
• Dates to exhibit:
Shift 1 – October 11th-16th
Shift 2 – October 17th-21st
• Exhibitor hours of operation are October 11: 3:00 PM – 9:45 PM. October 12-21: 9:00 AM – 9:45 PM
• No beer, wine or spirit vendors allowed in the “Got To Be NC” tent.
• All exhibitors are required to have a Certificate of Liability Insurance provided to NCDA&CS with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000.
• All exhibitors need to be prepared to verify the inspection of their production site by either NCDA&CS or your local health department.
• In order to ensure a variety of non-competitive products, we reserve the right to limit the number of exhibitors from the same product category.
We will accept applications as we receive them. Booth space may be sold out before the deadline of August 10, 2018.
If interested, read the following regulations, complete the application, and return with your payment and certificate of insurance to our office. Applications with payment and insurance are required to secure your booth. Incomplete application packets or application packets received after the August 10th deadline will not be accepted.
