The pressure on President Donald Trump’s trade moves is mounting as Republican senators consider options to limit his unilateral authority to impose tariffs on national-security grounds. A leader in the drive, GOP Senator Bob Corker of Tennessee, said he will try to attach language reining in the president’s authority to a farm bill pending in the full Senate this week.
