Tarheel Herbals, known as a holistic health favorite, is transitioning into the first franchised Hemp Farmacy in Fayetteville.
It becomes the city’s first standalone CBD dispensary, a news release said. The owners are Tiffany and Raymond Toler. In the release, the Tolers say they “are passionate about offering high quality, legal cannabis products to their community and normalizing their use. This Hemp Farmacy storefront will provide Fayetteville with education, access, and research into the benefits of Hemp and CBD nutritional supplements.”
