When it comes to sweet corn, Collin Blalock admits he might eat more than he sells some days. In the tall rows of maturing white corn, Blalock twists off an ear. The Lucama resident shucks it quickly before taking a couple of bites into the juicy kernels.
“I like eating corn raw,” said Blalock, who is owner of Collin’s Produce near Lucama.
