Glen Raven Technical Fabrics will merge its automotive headliner and specialty industrial fabrics business with Massachusetts-based Shawmut Corporation, the companies announced Thursday. Shawmut, a family-owned company based in West Bridgewater, Mass., will be the majority owner, and Glen Raven the minority owner.
