USDA is changing its procedures surrounding the release of market-affecting crop and livestock reports. Beginning Aug. 1, 2018, USDA will provide all members of the media the same access to the National Agricultural Statistics Service and World Agricultural Outlook Board as the public, with all information becoming available at noon ET on report days.
