The similarities between North Carolina and Colorado are striking when it comes to outdoor recreation. Tuesday, the governors from each state sat down to talk about how to promote the industry that brings hundreds of thousands of jobs and billions in wages and taxes to each state. At a conference in Asheville, delegations from 11 states ranging from Washington to Maryland and Oregon to North Carolina gathered to brainstorm how the industry can continue to grow and have positive impacts on states.
