The U.S. advanced on Friday a WTO case against Canada for policies that make it more difficult for wine producers to sell their products in British Columbia, reports Pro Trade's Adam Behsudi. The U.S. made a second and final request to establish a panel of judges to hear the case at a meeting with the WTO's Dispute Settlement Body, according to a WTO official. The complaint was first initiated by the Obama administration.
