A message to McDonald's from animal welfare advocates

Today, four animal protection organizations — The Humane League, Mercy For Animals, Compassion in World Farming, and Animal Equality — will help deliver more than 200,000 petition signatures to McDonald's headquarters in Chicago. The coalition wants the fast food giant to commit to improved standards for chickens in its supply chains, including more space, better living conditions, and genetics that do not inherently cause suffering.
