With the frequent rains this summer, it’s been wet. You may not have been able to get into fields for timely topdress fertilizer applications on your cotton. If you’re still within 60 days of planting, nutrient demand has been low, so you still have an opportunity to apply granular fertilizer, particularly nitrogen (N) and potassium (K).
