PORK 101 scheduled for Oct. 21-23

PORK 101, a hands-on program designed to update participants on quality and consistency issues in the pork industry, is scheduled for Oct. 21-23 at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.

The course, which is hosted by the American Meat Science Association in cooperation with the National Pork Board, is geared toward anyone involved in the production, processing and marketing of pork.
