Greensboro-based Syngenta says it has completed the acquisition of Floranova, a 40-year-old flower and vegetable seeds breeder with customers in more than 50 countries. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. U.K.-based Floranova and its Vegetalis line are owned by Icepage Ltd., a holding company acquired by Syngenta.
